So can Arsenal really win the league, or is it too early to tell?
Well in my opinion I think there are only 2 other teams that have the same title credentials as Arsenal and have what it takes to be this seasons champions and that is Chelsea and Manchester City.
I mean of course there's teams like Liverpool and Southampton who are this year looking surprisingly strong and have recently shown that they are sides not to be tampered with. However teams like this will always crumble away throughout the season just like West Brom did last year, in addition I feel it is most obvious to point out that the quality in either sides is strictly speaking poor. Both teams are only known for having 3-4 players who are is somewhat hero’s to this years league success, and let's be honest 4 players can't win a league (Unless its Henry, Bergkamp, Pires and Viera). However Liverpool do of course have the power of an amazing strike force but elsewhere they seem to be lacking a natural rhythm and elegance that title challengers need. Furthermore this same problems occurs with the Saints, yes they do have a defence that's proved worthy of a title so far that is both physically and mentally strong but it is the same strong defence that Arsenal managed to penetrate twice in the space of 90 minutes.
Back to the top, the three title winning potential sides I further mentioned are just a sheer class above the rest (of course it is not condemned upon that a Gooner praises the class of the leagues big spenders) and in recent performances the football the three teams (Arsenal, City, Chelsea) have been producing is purely magnificent and that is the type of football that not only wins games but it wins titles.
So can Arsenal win the league? Of course they can all they need to do is show the consistency that hasn't been there to relish in recent years and keep playing the majestic football in both league and Cup competitions and overall I think if we can show all that then yes we can do it not forgetting we have a strong squad that is hungry for the fame of a title and are looking to end Arsenals drought.
