Arsenal Host Everton this Sunday at the Emirates, with Both Arsenal and Everton playing well; Arsenal still top of the league after beating Hull midweek and with Everton 5th (before Saturday’s games) beating an average mid table side with some Dutch prick missing.
Arsenal go into the game with some absences; Sagna is certainly out through injury (hamstring) and Flamini doubtful having injured his groin against Hull.
With Wenger confirming this in the pre-match press conference:
“Apart from Podolski being back in training, everybody else is available from Wednesday night. We had no injuries and the players who were available then will be available for Everton.
“[Podolski] been out for a long time and is still a bit short of match fitness because he had his first training session today [Friday]. But it’s good news to have him back.
“Bacary Sagna is short so he will not be in contention.”
Everton have no new injury concerns and will most likely start the same side that started against United, still with Baines, Kone and Gibson out of the squad.
Arsenal have come up against some top quality strikers in different competitions this season already, Lewandoski, Rooney , some Dutch Cunt, the so called SAS (Suarez and Suarez).
This weekend however we come up against that monster that is Lukaku. With Arsenal only conceding 10 goals this season (the lowest in the league). I don’t feel ‘The big fucking German’ and Laurent Koscielny will feel too threatened with Lukaku’s presence.
Although with Jenkinson starting and Walcott probably starting Everton will be looking to expose Arsenal’s right hand side; with Jenkinson’s inexperience and Walcott’s imitability to track back.
With Everton still on a high after the United game, Martinez and his team will be up for it. but with an attacking force of: Ramsey, Ozil, Wilshere, Cazorla and Giroud I think Arsenal will be too much to handle for the Blues.
Prediction: Arsenal win 2-1
